Cycle Counter

• Maintain accurate inventory data in Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Provide support as needed in the Inventory department
• Perform daily Cycle Counting and inventory maintenance
• Inventory packaging, film, condiment, trailers, and Finished Goods inventories
• Ensure timely and accurate inventory of all products in locations
• Perform accurate data entry and file maintenance in SAP and JDA
• Follow proper documentation procedures in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and company procedures
• Interface with warehouse operations and production as needed
• Conduct inventory variance review, research, and explanation
• Follow-up on research findings and implement corrective actions
• Perform MUV research and reports as required
• Report Peco Inventory on a weekly basis with explanation for variances
• Maintain files for review
• Utilize manual and automated material handling equipment
• Transport stored items within the warehouse
• Communicate with Production, Scheduling, Purchasing, Transportation, and Customer Service Team regularly
• Practice and adhere to appropriate safety and hygiene guidelines/procedures
• Keep work area clean and remove trash
• Store supplies in designated areas
• Keep work area aisles/exits clear and free from obstructions
• Follow instructions for safe lifting/carrying
• Identify/report defective equipment
• Report all job-related injuries to supervision
• Use computer to enter records
• Support and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives including 5S
• Mandatory overtime may be required

• High School Diploma or GED and/or 2-year experience in a warehousing environment required
• Previous experience with JDA or similar based WMS system
• A minimum of 2 year experience in a warehouse position
• Previous forklift experience is preferred
• Ability to operator sit-down forklift
• Certified to drive material handling equipment
