Job Responsibility

Direct and lead a dedicated team of cycle counters to flawlessly execute the facility's cycle count program
Generate and print essential cycle count documentation directly from the ERP system in strict alignment with the established schedule
Coordinate all daily cycle count activities, effectively assigning specific counting tasks to Cycle Count Team Members
Thoroughly review completed count sheets to ensure absolute accuracy and completeness before processing any inventory adjustments
Accurately enter cycle count results into the ERP system and post authorized inventory adjustments in full compliance with company operational procedures
Effectively communicate all cycle count results, inventory variances, and ongoing accuracy trends to Warehouse Team Leads and Warehouse Supervisors
Execute required recounts, targeted audits, and comprehensive transaction reviews to strictly validate all on-site inventory records
Maintain highly accurate, detailed documentation regarding inventory variances, root-cause investigations, and implemented corrective actions
Promptly escalate any significant inventory discrepancies, control failures, or operational compliance concerns to senior management
Deliver consistent, regular reporting detailing cycle count completion rates and overall program metrics
