Job Description

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to work at our client's team at a leading Cannabis facility in Stayner. This is a full-time role in a clean, safe, and collaborative environment. Shift & Compensation Afternoon Shift: $23.25/hr+$1 (shift premium) (3:00 PM-11:30 PM) Schedule: Monday – Friday (40 hours/week) Note: Must have a reliable vehicle (the facility is not accessible by public transit) Advantages - immediate start dates available - weekly pay schedule - benefits via Randstad Canada from day one

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and direct a team of cycle counters to execute the cycle count program
  • Generate and print cycle count documentation from the ERP system according to the established cycle count schedule
  • Coordinate daily cycle count activities and assign count tasks to Cycle Count Team Members
  • Review completed count sheets for accuracy and completeness prior to processing inventory adjustments
  • Enter cycle count results into the ERP system and post approved inventory adjustments in accordance with company procedures
  • Communicate cycle count results, inventory variances, and inventory accuracy trends to Warehouse Team Leads and Warehouse Supervisors
  • Perform recounts, audits, and transaction reviews as required to validate inventory records
  • Maintain accurate documentation of inventory variances, investigations, and corrective actions
  • Escalate significant inventory issues, control failures, or compliance concerns to management
  • Provide regular reporting on cycle count completion rates
