Cycle Civil Enforcement Officer

At NSL, part of Marston Holdings, we’re more than just “the parking people.” Our frontline teams and support colleagues deliver vital street and parking management services that support communities and improve everyday life across towns and cities. As a Cycle Civil Enforcement Officer, you’ll patrol public streets and car parks by bike, helping ensure parking rules are followed. You’ll advise members of the public on where they can park safely, issue enforcement tickets when necessary, report suspected abandoned vehicles and respond to enquiries from residents and visitors. You’ll be a visible, approachable presence in the community, working independently while also being part of a supportive team. This role is ideal if you: Enjoy working outdoors in all weather, have strong communication and customer service skills, are professional, reliable, and community-minded, are comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
