Job Responsibility:
Working in a discreet environment handling sensitive information daily
Assists in collecting and organizing information required for preparation of documents, training materials, guides, proposals, and reports duties with special attention to detail, being organized, and multi-tasking
Interacting with our ongoing customers, team members/Leads, and employees via phone, Skype and email
Collaborate with subject matter experts to write, review, and edit all technical documents for external distribution
Supports the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency as a full participant and provides substantive contributions to JPGs and OPG/OPTs developing and integrating cyber capabilities into plans, and in support of Combatant Commander planning efforts
Fully participates and provides substantive contributions to cyberspace operations planning activities coordination through IJSTO to include Evaluation Request and Response Messages, SAP procedures, and the RAPCO
Serves as a technical expert of all planning methodologies and applications in all phases of military operations, providing analytical expertise and expert knowledge of operational design, Joint Operation Planning, and APEX
Conducts joint operation planning in support of combat and contingency operations without supervision
Provides technical expertise and participates in all phases and steps of the JOPP and APEX activities
Provides significant contribution to the development of cyberspace operations plans contingency plans, Concepts of Operations and orders
Requirements:
Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in cyber security or related discipline
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Joint Cyberspace Operations Planner
Minimum specialized education in military joint operation planning through the Joint Professional Military Education Phase I (JPME I) or similar military operation planning courses
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent writing skills
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Able to perform duties with minimal supervision and team interaction
Excellent communications skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Complete working knowledge of the JOPP, JOPES, and APEX planning formats and guidance
