The Digital Security Specialist drives AI‑powered digital transformation and security modernization for customers by leading consultative sales motions across Microsoft’s cloud and security solutions. This role partners across internal teams and the partner ecosystem to build pipeline, shape strategic opportunities, and accelerate customers’ security maturity. Operating in a fast‑paced, customer‑obsessed environment, the specialist engages business and technical decision makers, delivers security thought leadership, and executes end‑to‑end sales strategies that unlock customer value and drive business growth.
Job Responsibility:
Lead consultative customer conversations to identify business needs, qualify opportunities, and build a healthy security‑focused pipeline
Develop and execute security solution sales strategies, including hunting new opportunities and aligning value propositions to customer priorities
Orchestrate internal teams and partners (GPS/OCP) to co-sell, cross-sell, up-sell, and accelerate deal closure
Provide subject‑matter expertise on Microsoft security solutions and competitive insights to guide pursuit/withdrawal decisions
Conduct business and account analysis, create deal/compete plans, and manage forecasting to drive consistent sales excellence
Build and maintain strong executive and stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted advisor across technical and business audiences
Champion continuous learning in cybersecurity, share best practices, mentor junior sellers, and contribute to team-wide knowledge growth
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 5+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR 6+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience
Advanced proficiency in English, demonstrating the ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats
Master's Degree in Business Administration (e.g., MBA), Information Technology, or related field AND 5+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience OR 8+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience
3+ years of solution sales or consulting services sales experience
