Job Description

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity portfolio initiatives within Vodafone Business. This role focuses on planning, coordinating, and delivering cyber-as-a-service projects aligned to the strategic roadmap, including product and service launches, market expansion, and portfolio evolution. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, external technology partners, and operating companies to ensure secure, timely, and value-driven outcomes in a complex, matrix environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate cybersecurity portfolio projects aligned to strategic roadmaps
  • Deliver end-to-end product and service launches, covering sell, build, and run activities
  • Develop and manage detailed portfolio delivery plans, including dependencies, critical paths, and resourcing
  • Control and monitor project economics, including budgets, costs, staffing, and RAID management
  • Interface with internal suppliers, external technology partners, operating companies, and Vodafone Business stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to mandated Vodafone project management methodologies and governance standards
  • Track delivery of business benefits and ensure alignment with operational and commercial objectives
  • Facilitate effective communication across teams and stakeholders, including portfolio and partner forums
  • Support customer experience delivery by acting as a point of contact for escalations and queries
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of portfolio, programme, and delivery processes

Requirements

  • Experienced in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
  • Knowledgeable in cybersecurity domains, particularly managed security services, within a telecoms or digital environment
  • Confident managing multiple workstreams in a complex, matrix organisation
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, influencing, and clear communication across diverse teams
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity while maintaining focus on outcomes, value, and delivery timelines
  • Experienced in managing internal and third-party resources, including offshore teams
  • Committed to collaborative leadership, continuous learning, and inclusive ways of working
