Cybersecurity Project Manager

• Define scope, develop detailed plans, and drive cross-functional execution to ensure projects are delivered at the expected quality level
• Coordinate decisions across business, technology, and control partners to prepare and deliver structured updates to executives, sponsors, and working groups to ensure transparency and accountability
• Create and manage project charters, status reports, RAID logs, and leadership summaries that reflect current progress, risks, and dependencies
• Maintain adherence to internal risk frameworks, regulatory requirements, and project management standards while ensuring documentation is audit-ready at all stages
• Manage schedules, workflows, and reporting dashboards in tools such as Monday.com, Jira, Confluence, and MS 365 to support accurate tracking and visibility

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, master’s degree is a plus
• 5–7 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional enterprise projects in a financial service, fintech, or technology-driven environment
• Highly professional and persuasive communicator who unites diverse stakeholders, drives alignment, and builds momentum to ensure projects move forward and deliver results
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable engaging with senior leaders and stakeholders
• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with strict deadlines, changing priorities, and cross-team dependencies
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master Certified (SMC), and ITIL certifications are preferred
