Job Responsibility:
Sales Technical Support: Partner with Account Managers in client meetings to identify cybersecurity challenges, technical requirements, and business objectives
Solution Analysis & Design: Translate customer needs into a viable technical solution architecture, leveraging the company’s portfolio of products and services
Technical Presentations & Demonstrations: Deliver high-impact presentations and product/service demonstrations to diverse audiences, ranging from technical users to C-Level executives
Documentation Development: Collaborate on the creation of technical proposals, responses to RFPs/RFIs (Request for Proposal/Information), SOWs (Statements of Work), and design documentation
Business Development & Prospecting: Participate in technical prospecting and lead qualification—either independently or alongside the sales team—to identify opportunities within strategic accounts
Knowledge Transfer: Act as the liaison with the Post-Sales/Implementation teams to ensure a seamless project transition once the deal is closed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical cybersecurity roles (e.g., consulting, architecture, or implementation)
Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in a Technical Pre-Sales role within the IT or Cybersecurity sector
Deep and demonstrable knowledge of multiple cybersecurity domains (e.g., EDR/XDR, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Cloud Security, Zero Trust, etc.)
Ability to understand complex IT architectures and their inherent security challenges
Proficiency in configuring and demonstrating cybersecurity solutions in laboratory or Proof of Concept (PoC) environments
Experience in developing Bills of Materials (BOMs) and estimating Professional Services hours/costs
