Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Cybersecurity Leader focused on Cyber Threat Intelligence to join our Global Security Operations & Incident Response team at Inter IKEA. You will enhance our ability to analyze external and internal threats and enable a threat-led SecOps area in a senior hands-on technical role. The role involves collaboration and cross-organizational networks while contributing to complex topics like Cyber Protect & Prevent and Attack Surface Management.

Job Responsibility:

Enhancing critical cyber defence capabilities by setting the direction and operating a cyber threat intelligence function
Proactive identification of potential threats to the IKEA value chain
Driving collaboration with cross-functional and organizational stakeholders
Setting a strategic direction for IKEA’s Threat Intelligence Program including sub areas like Brand Monitoring and Data Leak Detection
Applying engineering mindset to develop automated and integrated Threat Intelligence processes
Fostering close relationship with SOC and adjacent cybersecurity service areas
Enabling threat-led cybersecurity services

Requirements:

Demonstrable experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence and connected cybersecurity areas
Expertise with scripting and query languages commonly used in SecOps environments
Hands-on experience with Intelligence tools and data management platforms
Ability to respond to changes and manage uncertainty in a fast-changing organizational environment
Knowledge of cyber security frameworks and best practices like NIST CSF, MITRE ATTACK, OWASP Top 10
Experience with managing highly confidential information
Capability to communicate security concerns and topics effectively
Excellent communication skills to build strong relations with both internal and external stakeholders
