Proven experience designing and delivering IT training programs for diverse user groups
Strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot, AI productivity tools, and end-user enablement strategies
Experience developing function-specific, scenario-based training content
Knowledge of responsible AI practices and the ability to translate them into practical training
Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and experience partnering with Information Security teams on awareness initiatives
Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training delivery platforms
Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Job Responsibility

Design, develop, and deliver role-based IT training programs in instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced formats
Lead the Microsoft Copilot and AI training strategy, including onboarding, advanced use cases, responsible AI usage, and ongoing user enablement
Create scenario-based Copilot training tailored to business functions such as executive leadership, operations, IT, finance, and HR
Partner with Information Security teams to ensure training content reinforces cybersecurity awareness, best practices, and compliance expectations
Assess organizational learning needs and build training solutions that support technology adoption and user productivity
Develop training materials such as guides, job aids, presentations, e-learning content, and knowledge resources
Manage and maintain content within the learning management system (LMS) or other training platforms
Track training participation, effectiveness, and learner feedback to continuously improve program outcomes
Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and change management teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals

Demonstrate knowledge of creating and configuring virtual hosts and networks using VMware in support of developing real-world scenarios
Demonstrate knowledge of scenario development and Interactive Virtual learning module creation using tools such as VMWare VSphere, VMWare VCenter, Moodle Captivate, Camtasia, and Articulate

Instructors act both as subject matter experts, through lecture and lab work, as well as coaches for students – working not only to impart the expertise require to meet certification standard for their career path, but also how to be successful in mission when it counts
The instructors work with the students to prepare them to meet the mission-critical needs of our customers
The instructors monitor student performance on practical exercises and provide feedback to students
Virtualization technology is employed heavily to simulate real-world scenarios that create an immersive cyber-environment for students
The instructors work with a Team of multi-disciplinary professionals to make recommendations for updates to course content, training materials, and documentation
Research, document, and test security solutions for emerging technologies, security methodologies, and CNE concepts
Support the development of instruction of comprehensive, tactically relevant operational training, including the design, development, and implementation of training exercises and scenarios required to prepare students for operations
Knowledge of the course map(s) for the course(s) that the personnel are supporting along with ability to update the course maps as the courses evolve
