Job Description:

This position is responsible for supporting and operating an enterprise IAM platform based on the ForgeRock / Ping Identity stack. The role focuses on access provisioning, security enforcement, platform support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of IAM processes while working closely with business, IT, and security teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support and troubleshoot IAM platform technologies running on ForgeRock / Ping stack
  • Fulfill and manage user and service access requests in line with security policies and SLAs
  • Verify proper authorization for all access changes and reject requests lacking required approvals
  • Create, modify, and delete user accounts, service accounts, security groups, and attributes across multiple repositories
  • Implement and support target system integrations with ForgeRock
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex access and authentication issues escalated from the Help Desk
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (network, certificate administration, security, IT) to deploy configurations and resolve incidents
  • Identify root causes of issues and participate in permanent resolution activities
  • Maintain accurate logging, tracking, and auditing of access changes in compliance with security governance
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and operational procedures
  • Continuously assess and improve existing IAM processes and workflows
  • Execute internal projects and security initiatives

Requirements:

  • Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, methodologies, and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with ForgeRock / Ping Identity stack (AM, IDM, DS, IG, RCS, Advanced Identity Cloud)
  • Experience with installation, configuration, and support of ForgeRock-based systems
  • Knowledge of identity federation standards: SAML, OAuth, OIDC
  • Experience working with cloud technologies (e.g., ARO or similar)
  • Familiarity with highly available infrastructures
  • Experience with certificate management tools (e.g., Venafi) and handling SSL, SAML, and OIDC certificates
  • Understanding of standard operational processes (backups, restores, day-to-day platform operations)
  • Familiarity with load balancers, firewalls, monitoring/alerting tools, and log analysis platforms (e.g., ELK)
  • Experience with change management and security tools (e.g., ServiceNow, PAM tools)
  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux and Windows AD environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage priorities effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset

  • ForgeRock / Ping certifications are a plus
  • Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
