Cybersecurity IAM Audit Response Coordinator

• Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) relationships ensuring alignment with security policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, conducting due diligence, and facilitating Audit coordination
• Partner with Identity and Access Management, Information Security Administrators, Application owners, and Engineering teams
• Coordinate responses for Internal, External, and Regulatory Exams
• Support multiple subject matter expert (SME) relationships within Citi's Cloud Technology Services Identity and Access Management Team
• Maintain appropriately balanced priorities in consistent alignment to business strategy
• Communicate to all levels including peers, senior management, executive leadership
• Interface with Internal Auditors and KPMG Auditors to ensure clear understanding of Control Objectives
• Function as an expert in reviewing and approving evidence prior to delivery to Audit Agencies
• Assume informal/formal mentorship role within teams and assist with coaching and training of new team members
• Facilitate consistent adoption and support of changes to systems and requirements
• Operate with a Compliance and Risk Management mindset
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as compliance, Information Security and risk

• 4+ years' experience in Information Security
• 2+ years' experience in Audit management
• Advanced proficiency with all MS Office Products (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven influencing and relationship management skills
• Proven analytical skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from more senior team members
• Previous experience with Audit coordination and management
• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
