Job Description

As a Global Product Manager you will be responsible for developing, refining and executing security propositions to support the growth of the global Security portfolio and enablement of our sales channels in order to achieve Vodafone’s Security goals. You will have a deep knowledge of cybersecurity products, trends and customer buying behaviour and as a member of the Customer Experience & Analytics team, you will have a particular focus on developing products that improve customer experience and provide unique insights and analytics to the customer. You will be responsible for driving the Cyber Analytics programme which will involve harnessing Vodafone and partner data to help customers understand and improve their security posture. You will be part of a broader security portfolio team that deliver comprehensive managed and professional security services to help businesses assess, detect, respond and recover from cyber attacks. You will work closely with other Product Managers in Vodafone Business Group, a wide variety of colleagues across Group and Local Market teams, as well as key Security vendors.

Job Responsibility

  • Define a differentiated and disruptive product strategy, lead strategic planning with market and segment perspective and own budget and resource planning
  • Lead development and technical teams to deliver a differentiated product to customers
  • Work closely with marketing and go-to-market teams to successfully deliver the products to market
  • Design and align the operating model, principles and execution of the plan with target markets/segments. Identify and implement ways to accelerate performance
  • Engage with local markets to coordinate all relevant stakeholders to successfully deliver value to market

Requirements

  • Product management, customer experience (CX), analytics, KPIs expertise and experience
  • Product value creation within a Cybersecurity or technology‑driven environment
  • Collaborative approach to working with stakeholders from across the business
  • Able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen and business understanding
  • Strong presentation skills to synthesise the messaging and achieve buy-in from key stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Advanced level of English
