Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar STEM degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of product marketing management experience in hardware and or software application development or related product design for network or routing products
Familiarity with the following: networking concepts, cybersecurity fundamentals, and data center technologies at the enterprise level
Strong willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a fast-paced, innovative team environment

Job Responsibility

Works collaboratively with customers and staff members to design, define, and drive embedded software enhancements, features, and functionality based on customer demands in order to drive increased revenue and market share
Define’s product marketing strategy and roadmap for APCON’s switching products
Participates in product planning and execution throughout the entire product lifecycle to include specifications for hardware and software, product development and release calendars, marketing pre-planning and maintaining product backlog
Works with the development team to maintain the user experience, usability and functionality of our award-winning graphical user interfaces (GUI)
Helps with the creation of materials for product positioning, presentations and other marketing collateral
Partners with other departments to develop global sales strategies to ensure effective launch of product and new releases
Attends company’s sales meetings and conducts product training presentations

BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
10 or more years of experience in Networking industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to various audiences
Experience with Cybersecurity and CybeSecurity certification schemes
Either have related HPE experience in a non-PLM role or PLM experience in another IT company

Job Responsibility

Uncover, document and lead the understanding of current and emerging cybersecurity certifications requirements in AsiaPac including India programs such as NCCS, Trusted Telecom Portal, and India specific Common Criteria
Develop relationships with the Cybersecurity program organizations in the region
Develop a regional certification plan and assist with integrating that plan into the overall HPE certification plan
Be the primary point for all GTM team communications in AsiaPac
Own the Business Plan for AsiaPacific Cybersecurity including prioritization decisions, strategy, and day to day execution of certification activity
Working cross functionally is essential for this role as he/she would be expected to work with various BUs, Orgs and across the total portfolio of HPE products
IT also entails ensuring that the APAC Cybersecurity Business Plan is integrated in the HPE BP 2025
The candidate would be the primary point for all GTM team communications in AsiaPac
The candidate would be responsible for business planning for the AsiaPacific Cybersecurity portfolio and would work to make that effort efficiently integrated to the HPE Global response
