Job Description:

Sopra Steria seeks a Cybersecurity Expert to monitor, detect, and address security risks while contributing to large security projects. The ideal candidate thrives on innovation, customer-oriented solutions, and team collaboration in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct threat analysis, risk management, and incident response
monitor security incidents and infrastructures
detect and handle security risks
implement firewalls and conduct vulnerability assessments
automate security processes
collaborate with other departments to ensure asset security
contribute to large security projects and service delivery
provide innovative solutions to protect from incidents
share knowledge with colleagues.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity
knowledge of log types and sources such as Windows Event Logs, Sysmon, firewall, and DNS Logs
knowledge of cloud security, infrastructure, and architecture including Azure and AWS
ability to automate investigation and response activities (SOAR) using tools like Powershell, Python, or scripting languages
experience with offensive security tools and techniques
experience with log management and security monitoring software such as Elastic, Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight, or Azure Sentinel
possession of professional certifications such as SANS Certifications, OSCP, CISSP, or CISM
excellent communication skills in English and Dutch or French
ability to explain technical topics to different audiences
being customer-oriented
team player
ability to work efficiently under pressure
flexibility and proactive mindset.

Nice to have:

Experience with certifications like CSX, OWASP, CSSLP, CISA
familiarity with GDPR compliance
ethical hacking skills
knowledge in red teaming and incident response.
