Job Description:

Our client is a specialized technology firm where the precision of service delivery is as critical as the technology itself. As a Cybersecurity Delivery Manager, you are the technical anchor between complex security solutioning and final deployment. You own the integrity of the project lifecycle—transforming strategic proposals into operational reality while building the standardized implementation frameworks that ensure global security services are scalable, reliable, and technically sound from day one.

Job Responsibility:

  • Strategic Execution: Own the end-to-end technical delivery of complex cybersecurity and cloud projects, ensuring a seamless transition from strategic proposal to operational reality
  • Onboarding Architecture: Independently design and establish best practices for new customer onboarding, including standardized implementation frameworks and design templates
  • Presales Synergy: Partner with sales and marketing teams to validate "strawman" proposals, ensuring that technical solutions are realistic, secure-by-design, and scalable
  • Service Standardization: Drive the integration of global standards such as ISO 20000, ITIL, and various compliance frameworks into internal delivery processes to elevate service consistency
  • Executive Visualization: Maintain high-quality technical documentation and utilize advanced project tools to visualize strategic roadmaps for both engineers and C-suite stakeholders
  • Cybersecurity Advisory: Act as the technical authority during delivery, overseeing the successful deployment of SOC operations, managed security solutions, and infrastructure-as-code deployments

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering enterprise-grade cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure projects with high technical precision
  • Professional mastery of project management methodologies, preferably supported by certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master
  • Deep technical awareness of Cloud Architecture (Azure/AWS), multi-tenancy, and modern security operations
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and specialized visualization tools for creating technical roadmaps and project documentation
  • Proven ability to operate with high autonomy in a global matrix environment, influencing technical and business outcomes through expertise
  • Added Advantage: Familiarity with global compliance standards (NIST-CSF, GDPR, SOC2) and the application of AI tools to optimize technical service delivery
  • Bachelor Degree
