Job Description:

Senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department in an effort to prevent, monitor and respond to information/data breaches and cyber-attacks. The overall objective is to ensure the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi's data security policy.

Job Responsibility:

Align business needs and goals with Information Security program requirements
Establish and implement IS strategic plans
Oversee security practices and standards compliance
Define IS service engagement model
Coordinate with cross-sector leaders to solve security issues
Determine Information Security Officer training needs
Monitor Corrective Action Plans and remediation efforts
Manage budget and resource planning
Fortify Citi's cyber security across Asia South and Japan, Asia North & Australia region
Act as In-Country CISO Representative
Ensure adherence to In-Country Regulatory Controls
Manage Regulatory and Audit Engagements
Handle Security Incidents
Participate in cyber incident handling
Interface with Boards of Directors, Senior Management, and Regulators

Requirements:

15+ years of experience in a related role
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
In-depth database knowledge
Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
Clear and concise written and verbal communication
Proficient in interpreting and applying policies, standards and procedures
Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master's degree preferred
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a variety of analytical groups and service delivery organizations

Nice to have:

Master's degree
Experience in financial services or banking industry
