Job Description:

As the Cybersecurity BU Head at NTT DATA, you will lead the growth and strategic direction of the cybersecurity business. This role requires advanced expertise in security principles and technologies, along with direct sales accountability. You will engage with clients, mentor a team, and develop tailored solutions to meet client needs. A bachelor's degree in a technical or sales field is preferred, along with industry certifications. Job Responsibility:

  • Driving the growth and strategic direction of NTT DATA’s cybersecurity business across the region
  • Combining advanced subject matter expertise with direct sales accountability, overseeing pipeline development, client engagement, and team leadership
  • Working closely with Client Managers, pre-sales architects, and technology partners to pursue qualified leads, develop tailored solutions, and close complex deals
  • Expanding market presence, building strategic vendor relationships, and mentoring a team of cybersecurity sales specialists
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, conducting workshops, and delivering impactful presentations
  • Supporting the closure of sales, addressing conceptual challenges, and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of our product and service offerings
  • Creating clear account plans, identifying client risks, and using sales methodologies to drive the sales process

Requirements:

  • Advanced understanding of security principles, concepts, and technologies, including NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and best practices in securing DATA and IT infrastructure
  • Excellent understanding of the technical concepts of security solutions and the ability to provide technical consultation to customers
  • Proven success in solution-based selling and achieving/exceeding sales targets
  • Strong client relationship skills up to the C-level, with the ability to deliver engaging sales presentations
  • Ability to maintain up-to-date, accurate sales forecasts and close plans
  • Proficiency in team-selling approaches and collaboration with internal teams
  • Knowledge of competitors and the ability to apply successful sales strategies
  • Flexibility to adapt swiftly to new missions, urgent deadlines, and changing client needs
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical or sales field is preferred
  • Industry/Vendor sales certifications required
