Job Description:

Cybersecurity Analyst position at HSBC Group focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM) expertise, working with IT teams, representing IAM on projects, and serving as main contact for business partners while ensuring compliance with security standards and policies.

Job Responsibility:

Provide Identity and Access Management expertise to IT teams
Represent IAM on projects requiring IAM input
Serve as main point of contact for business partners and internal customers
Collaborate with IAM teams across Group HSBC
Fulfill requests using approved workflow tools
Provide evidence for monitoring, controls and audit requests
Translate technical information into consumable reports
Promote IAM best practices and control standards
Support business projects and initiatives
Consult on operational processes and control requirements
Support local Cyber Lead in cyber-related needs
Provide troubleshooting and problem resolution
Review security operational processes for current and new technologies
Identify security exposures through IAM knowledge
Disseminate Cybersecurity culture through communication
Ensure deliverables meet SLA and HSBC policies

Requirements:

Identity and Access Management (IAM) expertise
Ability to work with IT teams
Experience representing IAM on projects
Ability to be main point of contact for business partners and internal customers
Collaborative work with IAM teams/peers
Fulfilling requests according to approved workflow tools
Providing evidence for Monitoring and Controls Platform team and Audit requests
Translating technical information into consumable reports
Promoting IAM best practices and controls standards
Providing support for business projects and initiatives
Consulting on operational processes and control requirements
