Provide SME support to the management of a DoD-wide training program, including coordinating with Combatant Commands to ensure USCYBERCOM-assigned forces are trained, certified, and interoperable with other Joint Forces. Establish and maintain training and certification standards for the clients enabling USCYBERCOM operations. Assess the effectiveness of training to ensure training meets objectives, reinforces Joint standards, and facilitates the readiness assessment of Cyberspace forces. Facilitate large working groups with internal stakeholders and external partners to establish and update baseline cyber training standards. Interpret and provide recommendations to senior leaders on national and higher headquarters joint doctrine, instructions, and directives pertaining to the Joint Training System (JTS). Assist with the coordination and development of tasks, task lists, and assess USCYBERCOM’s ability to meet the task list standards.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations
4+ years of experience with training, including in training standards and developing training pipelines
3+ years of experience working for or supporting a COCOM, JFHQ-C command, Joint Duty Assignment, or CMF team
2+ years of experience with developing and maintaining Job qualification Standards (JQS)
Experience with supporting data gathering using various techniques, including working groups, interviews, and surveys
Experience in interacting with and providing briefs to senior leaders
Experience with facilitating conferences and large working groups
Experience with using the Microsoft Office tool suite
Active TS/SCI clearance
willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor’s degree
