Join Vodafone's Cyber Prevent team and help shape the future of secured telco and network infrastructure. As a Cyber Solution Engineer (AV & EDR Network Engineer), you'll be at the forefront of building, operating and designing security AV & EDR solutions to integrate into Vodafone's vast telco and network infrastructure. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to help create a holistic approach for security tooling in unique environments, and embed a DevSecOps approach that proactively reduces cyber risk. Your mission will be to support and lead AV & EDR coverage, compliance and operations in emerging unique environments. You will tackle design challenges due to environment constraints and ensure alignment with global standards and benchmarks. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across Cyber Strategy, Cyber Defence, Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Management, and Risk Management to integrate these AV & EDR security controls and services with our existing processes. You'll also contribute to incident response and reporting, and act as a visible ambassador for Vodafone's Cyber Code and security best practices. This is a dynamic, high-impact role where your technical leadership and communication skills will help drive meaningful change across Vodafone's global cloud infrastructure.
Job Responsibility
Build, operate and design security AV & EDR solutions to integrate into Vodafone's vast telco and network infrastructure

Requirements
Bachelor/Master Degree
At least 6 years of professional experience in similar role
Hands-on experience with AV & EDR security solutions, in particular Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and TrendAI Vision One/Deep Security
Familiarity with security controls, their implementation, policy design and reporting requirements
A DevOps and risk-based approach mindset with strong automation and scripting skills
Technical understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems
Strong communication skills and the ability to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences
A proactive approach to stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
Experience in telco and network environment, such as CNF, VNF and PNFs
Fluency in English
