Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Solutions Architect to join a fully remote team supporting a large-scale Cyber Resilience Transformation Program. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced security professional to influence enterprise-wide security strategy, assess and design secure cloud and on-premises architectures, enhance DevSecOps practices, and provide expert guidance on technology risk, compliance, and emerging technologies such as AI. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in security architecture, risk management, security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001), and the ability to translate complex technical risks into clear business recommendations within a regulated environment. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or cloud security credentials are considered strong assets.

  • Provide cyber security and technology risk advisory services

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in computer science, information security, engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT or cyber security
  • 3+ years of experience as a Cyber Security Architect or senior security specialist in complex environments
  • Experience assessing current-state security and designing target-state architectures
  • Strong background in security control design (IAM, network security, logging, data protection)
  • Experience identifying security risks and recommending remediation strategies
  • Ability to develop security standards and reusable architecture artifacts
  • Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001/27002
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, SABSA)
  • Understanding of regulatory/security requirements in financial or regulated environments
