Job Description

As a risk analyst intern you will support the Airbus Corporate Cybersecurity team in ensuring our organization adheres to cybersecurity policies, frameworks, and regulatory requirements. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in the field, gaining practical experience in risk management, compliance, and governance while contributing to the development and maintenance of our information security programs.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the Airbus Corporate Cybersecurity team in ensuring organization adheres to cybersecurity policies, frameworks, and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of frameworks, processes, and tools to identify and classify cybersecurity risks
  • Ensure consistent risk governance practices
  • Aware of industry standards, regulatory frameworks, and internal policies
  • Support the team in ensuring organisational alignment with regulatory standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR)
  • Assist in the preparation of compliance reports, security risk reports, and documentation of the process
  • Participate in information security risk assessments
  • Help document and track findings
  • Support internal teams in understanding and addressing risk management processes
  • Help gather necessary information to drive effective risk mitigation and remediation efforts
  • Contribute to the enhancement of risk management processes and tools

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or postgraduate with a background in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
  • Basic understanding of information security and risk management processes
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, frameworks, and regulatory standards
