The Cloud Technology Services team in Citi is home to deeply talented colleagues that work on the entire technology stack to enable modern and secure infrastructure to ensure the safety of Citi's clients' and our proprietary data. We manage information security as one end-to end program – one with a clear mandate and accountability. Our mission is a program that is fully anchored to modern control and architectural frameworks, is fully aligned with the enterprise architecture of the firm and is deeply integrated into the Citi Business. Cloud & Network Services (CNS) team is responsible for delivering integrated infrastructure and network services with special focus on security at the foundation. Within CNS, Global Perimeter Security Services team is responsible for delivering layered defense in depth technologies and innovation on a global scale. This role entails working on latest generation of AI/ML technologies from a cyber defense perspective. The role includes both Run the Bank and Change Back Activities, however heavily focusing on Change the Bank activities: researching, designing, deploying and managing AI/ML systems in a secure and scalable form, delivering across the infrastructure stack. Change the Bank activities involve significant focus on efficacy of AI models, test infrastructure, automation, capacity, defining model validation thresholds, test cases and enable data feedback loop for further R&D Activities.
