Job Responsibility

User Account Management: Create, modify, and disable user accounts in various systems and applications and monitor automated creation processes and integrations
Implement and enforce password policies and authentication methods (e.g., multi-factor authentication)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date user access records
Access Control: Grant, modify, or revoke user access based on defined access control policies and roles
Regularly review user access permissions to ensure they align with business needs and security policies
Conduct periodic audits of user accounts and access rights to ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements
Security and Compliance: Collaborate with security teams to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive data
Assist in preparing for audits, ensuring IAM processes are followed
Troubleshooting and Support: Provide support to end-users regarding access issues, such as login problems, permission requests, and account lockouts
Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related technical issues or escalate them to higher-level support when necessary

Strong systems engineering skills with an emphasis on IGA / IDM, BPM, workflow and process engineering, cloud deployments and migrations (AWS / Azure), business rules
