Job Description

Manage, deliver and monitor projects that may have an organisation-wide impact. Manage a project related to internal identity and PAM solution. Develop, manage and implement project plans and schedules in accordance with the agency’s project management framework and consider project interdependencies. Collaborate with staff in immediate work area and with internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to project design, governance arrangements and operational integration. Ensure project deliverable and milestones are met on time and within budget. Coordinate strategic planning for longer term project initiatives. Develop staff capability through coaching, mentoring and succession planning. Provide expert advice and feedback to stakeholders and the agency's executive. Research, review and evaluate projects in specific operational or technical areas including Cyber Security.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years' experience as a Senior Project Manager in an ICT or Cyber Security role
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
  • Demonstrated experience in the Internal Identity projects
  • Demonstrated experience in delivery of a PAM solution
  • Has sound judgement and the ability to work under pressure with limited supervision to produce high quality outcomes
  • Ability to manage a large workload
  • Ability to develop strong productive relationships, communication skills and technical solutions in the environment
  • Australian Citizens ONLY
  • NV1 security clearance
