Job Description:

We are seeking a Programme Manager responsible for managing interconnected IT Infrastructure projects related to Cyber Security across an international matrix environment. This role involves operational management of project managers, capacity allocation, training, and knowledge transfer.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan, organize and lead all activities as required for the full implementation of Programme goals and objectives
  • Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the Programme
  • Develop a schedule and identify dependencies between interconnected projects to effectively allocate the resources to the activities
  • Monitor programmes and associated projects’ progress and address the adjustments needed for a successful completion
  • Ensure adherence to the project management governance process
  • Accurate progress reporting and issue/risk management with timely and effective escalation
  • Engagement and management of numerous external third parties alongside internal matrix team

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in hands-on technical roles including build and operations of IT infrastructure and network infrastructure
  • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure components (networking, servers, storage, databases, cloud services)
  • Ability to identify gaps/issues and solutions across a multi-datacentre global IT landscape
  • Knowledge of hardware and software integration
  • Knowledge of data centre racking / cabling standards
  • Knowledge of VMWare vSphere/ESXi virtualisation technologies
  • Knowledge of SAN/NAS storage solutions NetApp and Dell EMC
  • Basic Microsoft and Linux skills
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN architecture, TCP/IP protocols, DNS, VPN's and firewall configurations
  • Network design and troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge of IPv6 addressing routing and design
  • Good knowledge of on-prem data centre design
  • Conversant in Cloud technologies (both on-prem and off-prem) including hosting and routing
  • Working technical knowledge of Kubernetes, including pipelines
  • Experience in Cyber Security standards and protocols
  • Experience in Cyber Security device design and management
  • Knowledge of network security protocols and firewall configurations
  • Good working knowledge of CyberArk, PAM and IDS/IDPS systems
  • Exceptional track record of on-time, on-budget and to-specification delivery of projects
  • Experience of managing multiple and complex projects across full lifecycle of product development
  • Extensive experience of project management in international matrix environments
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Management of people, capacity and conflict management
  • Experience in transformations and focus on continual service improvement
