Job Description:

You’ll be part of the Cyber Delivery Assurance function within BA Digital, working closely with Digital Delivery leadership, Cyber teams and the IAG Cyber Security Office. This role plays a critical part in ensuring cyber security is embedded into product delivery across multiple domains, supporting safe, secure and resilient delivery aligned to BA’s risk appetite.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide assurance that product delivery and maintenance across assigned domains meet BA’s cyber risk appetite and security requirements
  • Lead a team of cyber delivery assurance leads, providing oversight, cyber requirements, advice and guidance to Digital Delivery teams
  • Forecast and manage cyber resourcing across multiple domains, ensuring appropriate resourcing, cost alignment and consistency
  • Work with business and delivery leadership to understand business objectives and embed cyber security into design and delivery
  • Communicate effectively with, influence and advise senior stakeholders to promote understanding of cyber assurance
  • Provide authoritative advice on the application and operation of cyber security controls, including regulatory and legislative requirements
  • Undertake threat and risk assessments across varied technology stacks and identify appropriate mitigating controls
  • Provide cyber leadership across assigned domains, driving forward solutions aligned with BA cyber strategy and assurance objectives
  • Support embedding security by design and active risk management across all products within scope
