Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Cyber Client Advisory Lead to serve as a trusted advisor to our most critical clients. In this pivotal role, you will leverage deep cybersecurity expertise and exceptional relationship management skills to guide clients through complex security challenges, develop robust cyber strategies, and ensure the successful adoption of advanced security solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Act as primary cybersecurity advisor to executive-level clients
Conduct in-depth assessments of client cybersecurity programs
Develop and present tailored cybersecurity roadmaps and strategic plans
Lead executive-level discussions on cybersecurity concepts
Collaborate with internal sales, technical solutions, and delivery teams
Stay abreast of emerging cyber threats and industry trends
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Contribute to thought leadership materials
Guide and mentor junior advisory team members

Requirements:

5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience
5+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity with at least 5 years in client advisory, consulting, or senior leadership role
Proven track record of advising executive-level clients on cybersecurity matters
Expert-level knowledge across multiple cybersecurity domains including governance, risk, compliance (GRC), enterprise security architecture, cloud security, incident response, and threat management
Exceptional executive-level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong business acumen
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex client engagements

Nice to have:

Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or related field
Industry-leading certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CGEIT, CRISC
Extensive experience with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001) and regulatory compliance
Prior experience in financial services industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
