Requirements

2-6 years of experience in cyber claims adjusting or a legal background (solicitors from the UK, Australia, or New Zealand are welcome)
Strong understanding of FCA and Lloyd’s regulatory requirements
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously

Job Responsibility

Handle a portfolio of 40-50 cyber claims each month, offering guidance and support to clients and stakeholders
Work alongside an in-house 24/7 claims and incident response team
Collaborate with external experts to assess, investigate, and resolve claims
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FCA and Lloyd's)
Provide advice on claims management and risk mitigation strategies
