About the Role: Assurit is seeking a Cyber Capabilities Technical Program Manager to support advanced cyber operations and capability integration initiatives. This role applies knowledge of cyber operations, architectures, systems, hardware/software components, protocols, and technologies to analyze proposals, project plans, and technical deliverables. Job Responsibility
Analyze proposals, project plans, and deliverables for technical accuracy and completeness
Draft, edit, and coordinate plans across multiple stakeholders and organizations to support integration of cyber capabilities into infrastructure baselines while following legal, regulatory, and security requirements
Conduct project planning activities including development and management of technical requirements, budget forecasts, estimates, and schedules
Integrate technical knowledge with operational and threat intelligence information to create holistic capability proposals for transition to operational use
Support technical teams focused on cyber tools and technologies
Collaborate with mission partners and stakeholders across multiple organizations
Requirements
Must have and maintain an Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
Experience leading technical teams focused on cyber tools or technologies
Project management experience including requirement development and cost estimation
Knowledge of the principles and practices of counterintelligence functional services, collection, investigations, and operations
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of customers and mission partners
Understanding and awareness of the latest cyber technologies and applications
Master’s degree with at least 10 years of experience, or bachelor’s degree with 18 years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years of recent applicable DoD experience

Previous experience supporting a counterintelligence unit
Systems engineering and enterprise system architecture experience
Experience in strategic initiatives and collection design to create new leads using applied technical means
Strong oral and written communication skills

PMP, DAWIA Level I, or equivalent certification desired
