Job Description:

Lawes is happy to be partnering with a high-growth specialist Lloyds Broker to find a sales professional who can manage the full client journey – from first contact through to renewal. This role sits within the cyber insurance space and combines new business generation with long-term account management.

Job Responsibility:

Drive outbound sales to senior decision-makers
Manage full sales process from outreach to close
Build long-term client relationships through ongoing value
Support client renewals and account growth initiatives
Assist with broking of risks

Requirements:

1-2 years experience within Cyber or Financial Lines Insurance
Experience from a broker or underwriting background
Sales experience is a plus but not required
Clear communicator with strong relationship-building skills
Strategic and solutions-oriented approach
Resilient and professional under pressure
Curious, self-motivated, and eager to grow

Nice to have:

Sales experience
