The CX Technical Consultant leads the successful technical implementation and support of Aprimo solutions. This is a software developer role focused on building integrations, extensions, and automation across Aprimo and adjacent systems. You’ll design, configure, and validate integrations and data workflows; troubleshoot issues; and partner closely with Technical Solutions Architects (TSAs), Implementation, Support, and Product to deliver high-quality, scalable outcomes for customers.
Job Responsibility:
Implement and configure solution components and integrations according to approved designs, standards, and guardrails
Technical specialization in implementing Aprimo integrations of all types, with deep experience in iPaaS technology such as Boomi or similar platforms
Build and maintain data flows and system connections using common integration tools, APIs, and scripting as needed
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
monitor logs/alerts, perform root-cause analysis, and apply preventive fixes
Handle internal technical requests (work queues), prioritize with leads, and coordinate with adjacent teams to meet agreed timelines
Support data migration and environment setup (plan, import/export, validate, reconcile) to ensure accuracy and performance
Document configurations and runbooks/SOPs
contribute to reusable templates, standards, and best practices
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (TSAs, Delivery/Implementation, Support, Product, Customer Success) to ensure smooth deployments and transitions
Follow security, reliability, and quality practices
use source control and deployment pipelines where applicable
Track time and status
communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly and on schedule

Requirements:
Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
3–5 years of professional experience in a business environment with a focus on software implementation, training, and/or project management
Minimum 2 years of experience and strong proficiency with application design technologies
experience with any of the following: XML/XSLT, Web Services (SOAP/REST), or middleware (BizTalk, Fusion, etc.)
Understanding of business process implementations using iPaaS solutions
Good understanding of database structures
Understanding of integration mechanisms
Experience with technologies such as Microsoft .NET Framework, .NET Core, SQL databases, and cloud solutions (Azure)
Nice to have:
Familiarity with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application delivery on a global level
Familiarity and experience with any of the following iPaaS technologies is highly preferred: Boomi, Informatica Intelligent Cloud, MuleSoft Anypoint, Oracle SOA, SAP Integration Suite
Experience with front-end technologies like TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5/CSS, and CSS media queries
Familiarity with PowerShell, Azure DevOps, and GitHub for development and deployment processes
Any previous experience with automated marketing systems, marketing, or training will be given additional consideration
Passing grade on an Aprimo Certification Exam within the first 30 days of employment and ability to maintain two product certifications annually
