Job Responsibility

  • Lead and contribute to all phases of product design, from distilling research and ideation to prototyping, final specification, and implementation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in designing products
  • A dynamic design portfolio showcasing your design process and shipped products
  • Proven experience with iterative design sprints and lean, Agile development processes
  • Strong product design skills and practical application of human-centered design methods that balance user needs with business goals
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex problems and develop holistic solutions for product and its UX ecosystems
  • Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry-standard design tools
  • Knowledge and experience with Design Systems and human interface guidelines for various platforms, including iOS, Android, and connected platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively
  • Experience in sketching, concept creation, wireframing, producing information architecture, sitemaps, and user flows, along with creating clickable rapid design prototypes
  • Understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen, articulate positions, and advocate for design decisions
  • A vibrant and engaging communicator capable of presenting complex concepts and ideas to all levels of the company
