Job Responsibility

  • Proactively manage contract renewals
  • Coordinate accurate setup and updates of internal records
  • Maintain direct contact with clients and consultants
  • Enter and update relevant data into internal systems
  • Support the creation and distribution of service contracts
  • Serve as the main point of contact for independent professionals
  • Monitor and ensure timely submission of timesheets
  • Communicate updates about contract renewals, extensions, and end dates
  • Help resolve inquiries related to payments, working conditions, or administrative issues
  • Collect and share feedback from clients and placed consultants
  • Maintain contact with placed individuals
  • Act as a liaison between clients, consultants, and internal departments
