Job Responsibility:
Proactively manage contract renewals
Coordinate accurate setup and updates of internal records
Maintain direct contact with clients and consultants
Enter and update relevant data into internal systems
Support the creation and distribution of service contracts
Serve as the main point of contact for independent professionals
Monitor and ensure timely submission of timesheets
Communicate updates about contract renewals, extensions, and end dates
Help resolve inquiries related to payments, working conditions, or administrative issues
Collect and share feedback from clients and placed consultants
Maintain contact with placed individuals
Act as a liaison between clients, consultants, and internal departments
Provide guidance on internal referral or incentive programs
Requirements:
