Job Description:

Are you looking for a hands-on internship where you can gain real-world experience in Customer Experience and Digital Media within the marketing industry? IMM is passionate about developing the next generation of marketing professionals through immersive, high-impact internship programs. We are seeking a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented CX/Media Intern to join our team for Summer 2026. This paid internship is available May–August, and part-time or full-time schedules may be considered- minimum of 20 hours per week up to 40 hours per week. Internships for IMM are onsite in our Boulder, Colorado office.

Job Responsibility:

  • Adding store details for all new campaigns that come through
  • Requesting and tracking new creative needs
  • Assisting with reporting and pulling performance metrics
  • Helping streamline our internal to-do list for weekly status calls
  • Supporting QA for campaigns, especially large bulk buys
  • Working with the CX team to learn how deliverables are managed
  • Learning how to communicate with clients effectively and professionally
  • Partnering with Creative to learn the process for requesting new assets
  • Collaborating with Analytics to learn reporting best practices
  • Supporting data management for hyper local and event media campaigns
  • Ensuring campaign inputs are accurate and complete
  • Assisting with QA of campaign launches to confirm correct setup and pacing
  • Helping monitor campaign performance against benchmarks

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program
  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, Digital Media, Analytics, or a related field
  • Be a junior or senior in college (recent graduates considered)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams

Nice to have:

  • Strong interest in media, campaign execution, and customer experience work
  • Analytical mindset and comfort working with performance metrics
  • High attention to detail (especially for QA and data accuracy)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proactive, self-starter attitude
  • Interest in learning how agencies manage client deliverables and media workflows

  • Oversee the Design and implementation of Integrated Evidence Generation Plans (IEGPs) that incorporate clinical, real-world, and economic data to support product positioning and value demonstration
  • Scope RWE studies (Regional/National/Academic/Patient/Vendor), selection of new or existing academic (can include: ISR/lIS/NIS)/non-governmental registries (retrospective/prospective), management across various phases from start up, maintenance to final deliverables
  • Translate (early) trial efficacy to real-world comparative effectiveness as part of early and late phase study planning, identification of subpopulations, and for potential risk-sharing purposes
  • Design and implement multiple database and/or de novo (e.g. registries) pharmacoepidemiologic studies, as well as literature reviews, intended to provide insight into background epidemiology, disease state regular care, and/or quantify benefits and/or risks potentially associated with Alfasigma products
  • Project management oversight – ensuring effective design, initiation and implementation of real world evidence studies, while ensuring effective study protocols and plans, managing budget and milestone tracking, and where appropriate contracting with partner organizations
