Alfa Laval Energy Division Marketing is looking for CX & Marketing Conversion Lead. We are transforming customer journeys to accelerate growth and elevate the overall customer experience. This role establishes the divisional benchmark for journey design and commercial excellence discipline, while scaling best practices across Business Units and the broader marketing and sales organization. You will take ownership of end-to-end journey architecture and commercial performance, orchestrating cross-functional teams to eliminate friction, drive lead growth and conversion, and enhance velocity and win rates.

Job Responsibility:

  • CX Strategy, Journey & Funnel Architecture: Overall funnel strategy responsible, securing that marketing activities align with growth targets
  • Securing that our CX priorities are aligned with key customer insights
  • Content strategy, secure that content production aligns with funnel strategy
  • Define stages, entry/exit criteria and diagnostics
  • Prioritize fixes
  • assign accountable owners, timelines and drive improvement
  • Commercial Excellence & Enablement: Secure commercial discipline for lead & opportunity management
  • Work with sales organization to document and scale best practices
  • Partner with sales to identify areas where marketing can provide valuable insights & analytics

Requirements:

  • Master’s/Bachelor’s in Marketing, Information Systems, Data/Analytics/Service design, or similar
  • 5+ years in CX/funnel/commercial roles in a B2B or B2C environment
  • Evidence of journey architectures you’ve designed, scoring models you’ve tuned, and before/after impact on revenue metrics
  • Proven results in Stage‑to‑stage conversion and speed uplift, higher pipeline lead quality and win rates
  • Excellent English skills both written and spoken
