Job Description:

The CW-EC Lead Consultant will spearhead the implementation of SuccessFactors Recruiting modules, ensuring alignment with client needs and optimizing recruitment processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Recruiting modules (RCM, RMK)
  • Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and map them to SAP functionality
  • Configure and customize recruiting workflows, requisition templates, and offer processes
  • Integrate Recruiting with Onboarding, Employee Central, and external systems
  • Provide guidance to client HR and IT teams on system optimization
  • Develop test cases and conduct UAT support
  • Deliver user training and post-go-live support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field
  • 6+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with at least 3 full-cycle RCM/RMK implementations
  • Deep expertise in SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM/RMK)
  • Understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies
  • Experience in integrations (e.g., via SAP CPI or middleware)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have:

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting certification preferred
