Job Responsibility
Delivering compassionate, high-quality care
Providing individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans
Collaborating within an interdisciplinary team
Admission and ongoing assessment of patient’s condition
Designing, directing, evaluating, and documenting the plan of care
Preparing patients physically, psychologically, and spiritually for treatments, surgeries and diagnostic studies
Reassessing patients at appropriate intervals following interventions
Giving and receiving report using Bedside Shift Report
Maintaining patient and work environment to maximize safe working space
Incorporating national and organizational goals to improve quality, patient safety and satisfaction
Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
At least one (1) year of RN experience, upon hire
Registered Nurse: TX, upon hire
Basic Life Support - CPR, within 14 - day
Demonstrated competence in Registered Nurse I performance expectations or meets experience requirements upon hire
