1+ years of experience in analytics, CRM, or marketing teams
Proficiency in data mining and analytics tools such as SQL, IBM Modeler, SPSS, or SAS

Job Responsibility

Creating, maintaining, and evaluating CVM campaigns to boost cross-selling and customer retention
Using data mining and analytics to identify customer segments, next best offers, optimal timing, and communication channels
Managing campaign automation and conducting A/B testing and ante-post analyses to fine-tune campaign effectiveness
Collaborating with communication teams and stakeholders to deliver seamless customer journeys
Taking ownership of Life Cycle Management (LCM) campaigns to increase Customer Lifetime Value and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS)
