Job Description:

We are seeking an Operator for Non-Woven Textile Production to join a dynamic team in a leading company specializing in the production of non-woven fabrics used in various industries, including clothing, filtration, insulation, and medical applications. The role involves working on cutting-edge production lines that use thermal, mechanical, and chemical treatment processes.

Job Responsibility:

Set cutting machines to specified length and width parameters for processing fleece materials
Monitor production processes and the quality of fleece through various quality measurements
Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions independently or with the shift manager's support
Collaborate with breakdown technicians for complex technical issues
Operate an overhead crane to weigh and move finished rolls
Label finished rolls and ensure proper handling for removal by forklift

Requirements:

Eagerness to learn and an interest in technology
Strong proficiency in English for effective workplace communication
Attention to detail and critical thinking skills to identify machine errors
Prior experience as a production operator with a willingness to take responsibility
Flexibility to work in either 2 shifts (5:00–13:00 and 13:00–21:00) or 3 shifts (including 21:00–5:00)
Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to troubleshooting
