Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain professional communication and working relationships with US Customs
  • Prepare and submit letters, reports, and supporting documents for unreleased entries, cancellations, and various claims
  • Update and review customs entries to ensure accuracy before final filing
  • Handle protests (including 520(d) claims), petitions, and post summary corrections as required
  • Process USMCA Duty Deferral claims, drawbacks, reconciliations, and superseding bonds
  • Respond to CF28 Requests for Information, CF29 Notices of Action, liquidated damages/penalty notices, and manage entry rejections

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) designation required
  • 3+ years of Post Entry experience highly preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Intermediate MS Office skills and understanding of US Operations/CBP requirements
  • knowledge of Magaya platform is a huge plus
