Job Responsibility

  • Setting up customs-related processes for newly implemented transport lanes
  • broker instruction creation
  • Managing and controlling customs declarations and tax assessments from a legal and compliance perspective (audit-proof)
  • Reporting and analyzing data in terms of customs duties paid and customs brokers’ services
  • Internal audit
  • Connection with Finance, Procurement, and VAT teams
  • Managing relations with customs brokers

Requirements

  • Good communication skills and cross-cultural awareness
  • Organizational awareness and ability to plan own work
  • Excel skills
  • Fluent English & Polish (spoken and written)

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of supply chain and finance processes
  • Experience in customs, foreign trade, logistics, finance, planning, or procurement
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) – advantage
