Job Description

The Customs Invoicing Officer is responsible for managing and overseeing the invoicing process related to customs operations. This role involves ensuring compliance with customs regulations, accurate processing of invoices, and effective coordination with both internal teams and external stakeholders. The Customs Invoicing Officer plays a critical role in ensuring that all customs-related financial transactions are processed efficiently and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Job Responsibility

  • Recording customs transactions and billing Customs Duty to our clients
  • Handle Customs transaction for inbound shipment by booking the customs transactions to the Origins and local customers
  • Book the customs charges that we receive from the destination

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Accounting, finance or any related field
