Job Responsibility

  • Processing import and export customs documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Ensuring full compliance with customs regulations and company procedures
  • Updating internal tracking systems and monitoring shipment progress
  • Identifying and escalating potential delays or discrepancies
  • Providing a high level of customer service and responding promptly to queries
  • Liaising with clients, hauliers, and relevant authorities to ensure seamless clearance processes
  • Maintaining organised and accurate records

Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within customs, freight forwarding, or logistics
  • Strong understanding of compliance and the importance of accuracy
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
