Job Description:

IKEA Cardiff are looking to welcome a Customer Warehouse Operative to join our motivated and passionate team. This role is a customer-facing role, where you will be working in our Self-Serve Warehouse - a varied job role that involves warehouse operational tasks and great customer service.

Job Responsibility:

serving customers in the warehouse
maximising sales
securing stock availability
administrative tasks
ensuring the area is clean, well presented, easy to shop, and ready for the following day's delivery
manual handling and heavy lifting of various stock
using pump trucks and trolleys to safely and efficiently transport heavy goods within the warehouse
ensuring all safety protocols and regulations are followed

Requirements:

previous customer service experience
willingness to roll up your sleeves
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
manual handling and heavy lifting of various stock
ensuring safety protocols and regulations are followed
