Job Description:

The role involves building machine learning models, analyzing large datasets, and developing customer segments to support targeted campaigns. Applicants should have strong skills in Python and SQL, experience in the ML lifecycle, and fluency in English. Familiarity with big data tools and cloud platforms is a plus.

Job Responsibility:

Build machine learning models for churn, cross-sell, and customer behavior
Develop customer segments to support targeted campaigns
Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python
Translate model results into business insights and CRM actions
Monitor model performance and manage retraining pipelines

Requirements:
