Job Description

Coca-Cola HBC is looking for a Customer Value Growth Manager to drive profitable category and brand value growth for Coca-Cola Hellenic and our key customers, by understanding & articulating customer needs, creating shopper-back category activation solutions and enhancing shopper satisfaction, enabled by strategic collaboration between The Coca-Cola System and the Customer

Job Responsibility

  • Identify and unlock category growth opportunities based on shopper, consumer, and category insights
  • Deliver comprehensive business results through planning and scenario development
  • Apply a customer-centric approach with a strong understanding of customer commercial priorities
  • Build business cases and translate insights into clear commercial actions
  • Use and communicate data effectively to deliver compelling selling propositions
  • Develop and embed category management frameworks, tools, and best practices
  • Strengthen channel strategies and drive Picture of Success execution in the market
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales (key stakeholder), RGM, Finance, and The Coca-Cola Company
  • Partner with key customers on strategic, win-win category initiatives
  • Present category strategies and recommendations to senior management

Requirements

  • 5+ years of senior leadership experience in Commercial, Trade and/or Brand Marketing, Revenue Growth Management
  • Strong business acumen with broad and deep understanding of consumers, shoppers and customers is mandatory, with ability to bridge consumer and brand opportunities with customer relevance
  • Strong Analytical skills and experience in integrating multiple data points into a compelling, actionable strategies & narratives
  • Strong FMCG knowledge across customer, shopper, and consumer dynamics
  • Previous people management experience or demonstrated leadership capability
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
