Job Description:

The Customer Validation & Master Data Representative plays a vital role in the Customer Account and Supply Management function within Global Supply Chain. This team collaborates with internal and external partners to ensure the secure, compliant, and timely supply of medicines. The role supports the Customer Account & Supply Management Manager to ensure customer master data, validations, and associated processes are executed accurately and efficiently.

Job Responsibility:

  • Customer Account Set‑Up & Master Data Maintenance
  • Validate new customer account requests and updates
  • Create and amend customer master data in SAP
  • Communicate with customers to obtain missing details
  • Maintain clear records for audit compliance
  • Customer Query Resolution
  • Respond to internal and external enquiries
  • Collaborate with partners to resolve issues
  • Maintain service levels and customer satisfaction
  • Periodic Customer Revalidations
  • Conduct scheduled revalidations following SOP timelines
  • Complete required updates and maintain accurate records
  • Licensing & Regulatory Validation
  • Perform periodic checks to avoid supplying unlicensed premises
  • Track licence changes and follow up with customers
  • Ensure compliance with GDP requirements
  • System Monitoring & Issue Resolution
  • Monitor customer data flow between Pfizer and Alliance Healthcare

  • Act as SME for assigned areas

Requirements:

  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
  • Experience handling challenging customer queries
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to make informed decisions
  • Comfortable in dynamic, multitasking environments
  • Basic data analysis skills
